All of our properties are either on the lake or directly across the street in the South Lake Tahoe Area. We provide large, high quality images so our guests can clearly see the quality of each home. Our belief is that real estate assets must be clean, well maintained, managed and marketed proactively. Mixed-use* properties can be coordinated and managed most effectively using a combination of technology and human coordination. Secondary to that is the belief that all real estate assets should be utilized to full capacity when not in use by the owner.
