Breck moved to Tahoe in 2003 after working 13 years in the hospitality and ski resort business in Colorado. He came to Tahoe to help open the new Village at Northstar. As the Director of Operations and Owner Relations Manager for Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging, Breck helped owners and guests enjoy their residences and time in Tahoe. Once the Village was complete and open, Breck moved over to the real estate sales side of the business. He worked with Tahoe Mountain Realty for almost 11 years, and joined Sotheby's International in order to further his career as a luxury real estate expert.

Breck has a reputation for building long-term relationships with his clients; and over 75% of his business comes from referrals. Breck is sincere and truly enjoys helping others with their real estate needs. He is recognized for his extensive knowledge and understanding of the luxury market in Tahoe, and has a strong following of buyers and sellers via his weekly market updates, social media, and thoughtful communication strategy.

His business partner, Deverie Acuff, joined Overall Tahoe Real Estate in January 2014. They've taken a team approach to selling real estate, which allows them to fulfill their commitment to providing their clients with superior service.
