The desire to help people find their dream home runs through Matt Schorr’s veins. He was born into a real estate family that has been serving the Lake Tahoe community since 1981, and he carries on a legacy of excellence, professionalism, and transparency.

From his childhood on the lake’s East Shore until now, Matt has always loved being a Lake Tahoe native. He has spent much of his life skiing, snowmobiling, and biking through the picturesque mountains and continues to soak up every ounce of adventure Tahoe’s active lifestyle offers. Having earned a baccalaureate degree from California Polytechnic State University in Finance, the skills Matt sharpened here have proved to be pivotal assets to his clients.

He launched his real estate career when he moved north to San Francisco and joined a real estate development program, claiming his place as one of the top producing agents in the San Francisco Bay Area. Matt recently returned to his hometown where he’s able to provide detailed area insights from a firsthand perspective to each client. Cumulatively, Matt has sold nearly $80M in closed sales since the start of his career. Leaning on his background in finance and burning passion for the industry, Matt prides himself on applying his professionalism, consideration, and care to each Team Blair Tahoe client during the buying or selling process.

Born into a brokerage family, Jamison Blair has been a part of Lake Tahoe real estate since childhood. He grew up in the mountains and along the shores of our namesake alpine jewel.

With a natural ability to excel on the slopes, Jaime spent ten years on the Squaw Valley Ski Team, where he was a five-time Far West Junior Olympian. He graduated to big mountain freeskiing, becoming a mainstay on the World Tour. He earned numerous accolades from national publications and toured the world’s best mountains in competition.

It was from those experiences that Jaime learned the value of hard work, the importance of personal relationships, and that above all else, good business begins with integrity.

His years with Tahoe Real Estate Group resulted in it becoming a market leader in selling luxury homes and helping families adapt to life in a one-of-a-kind mountain community. Along with his wife, Nicole Blair, Esq., the pair pushed the company into new territory, eventually earning the attention of the fast-growing Compass brand. It was a natural fit.
