I was born and raised in Northern Minnesota.  I grew up loving the great outdoors, enjoying many camping and fishing trips with family.  The Boy Scouts were what first sparked my entrepreneurial mindset as a youth, earning money to go to summer camp.  In Boy Scouts I earned their highest rank called Eagle Scout.  To this day I still live by and promote the Scout’s principles of honesty, integrity, loyalty, morality, and conservation mindedness.  While attending the University of Minnesota Duluth I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a technology marketing emphasis.  After college I traveled to California to master a sales career.  My sales career brought me to Lake Tahoe in 2002 to further business development for the Gallo Sales Company.  The level of professionalism and degree of knowledge gained while working with Gallo has been a huge part of the future successes in business that I have attained.  Seeing the momentum of the South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Markets in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s prompted me to return to school to earn my California Real Estate License in 2002.  I then sold South Lake Tahoe real estate for Marriott and Century 21 earning many awards, among them the distinguished Sapphire Award for sales volume excellence.  The advancement in technologies and the markets of the late 2000’s led me to focus my energies on building my business around the web and the vast reach that it provides.  This coupled with the long list of contacts acquired through my career has helped me to be successful through the many ups and downs of the real estate market.  Some of the activities I enjoy when I am not helping folks buy and sell South Lake Tahoe real estate are snowmobiling, snowboarding, standup paddle boarding, fly fishing, mt. biking, whitewater rafting, sailing, video, and photography.  If you have questions on real estate and want honest, straightforward answers don’t hesitate to call or email me.
