Carolyn has lived in the Truckee Tahoe area since 1999. What she loves most about real estate is developing relationships with her clients. Carolyn owns and manages properties in Truckee, Reno, and Maui. She is married to Seamus Gallagher of Gallagher Construction and brings an extra layer of knowledge of the construction process in the Tahoe Truckee area. Carolyn is a founding parent of Sierra Expeditionary Learning School, a popular K-8 public charter here in Truckee. In her spare time, she loves to be in nature with her 3 teenagers and her dog, Carolyn is an avid live music fan. She is an east coast native who moved to California in the early 1990’s.
