I have been a resident of Northern Nevada since 1991 and have been employed in the private sector since 1982. I started working specifically in the real estate industry in 2002. I am very familiar with the area, its schools, neighborhoods, shopping, recreation and entertainment. Education I graduated from California State University of Northridge with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales, skills which I use every day to meet the needs of my clients in realizing their goals. Additionally, I have obtained my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification as well as my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certification. I am also a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). I always continue to further my education and keep abreast of real estate laws and issues by taking several real estate courses every year. Qualities/Skills I feel that there are many essential qualities that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, marketing savvy, excellent communication skills, high-quality professionalism, effective negotiation skills and in-depth community and market knowledge. These are all qualities and skills that I possess. My Client-First Philosophy I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Carson City, Dayton, Minden/Gardnerville or Reno/Sparks areas, please contact me!
