After spending a few years researching business opportunities in the Lake Tahoe Basin, I realized my consultative selling expertise in the computer industry would work well when applied to Real Estate Sales. Instead of being just a "Real Estate Salesperson", I focused on being a Real Estate Consultant, spending thousands of hours researching and analyzing the market in South Lake Tahoe.
I achieved quick success as a top producing agent and was recognized by my peers as the "2006 Rookie of the Year". When the market started to change in 2007, I became a student of financially distressed properties, earning certifications in Short Sales & Foreclosures from the National Association of Realtors and recognition as a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
