It is all very simple, 42 years of connecting the dots between buyers and sellers. My tenure in the real estate industry has graced me with an expansive knowledge of all aspects of the business. Currently I am involved with the premier residential community in Northern Nevada-Lake Tahoe area, Job’s Peak Ranch. In addition to this, I have been involved in a myriad of commercial/industrial with an emphasis on land, ranch and real estate development. I thoroughly understand the aspects of investment real estate and enjoy the diversity of this end of the business. Not to be overly focused on specific aspects of the business, I truly enjoy the basics of customer service and do enjoy matching a first time home buyer with their first investment. It is rewarding to say the least. I operate a small and highly specialized operation with the focus on customer service and attention to detail. My area of expertise includes Lake Tahoe, Minden-Gardnerville, Carson City and Reno. I enjoy the outdoors including skiing at Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort (15 minutes), boating on crystal clear Lake Tahoe in the summer, mountain biking, hiking, cycling and fitness.
