Phil Reed brings it ALL together to get things done-he is one of the most "can do" people you will ever experience. This attribute has helped him achieve perennial top-producing results throughout his real estate career.
Phil has a broad background in various aspects of real estate, as well as the travel and hospitality industry. Born and raised in Buck County, PA, he gained an appreciation for the history and beauty of the east coast and its small town feel. After attending the University of Vermont and earning a degree in Marketing and Management, Phil spent several years working for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and eventually was sent to work for them in Lake Tahoe. When he was later offered a job in Hawaii, he and his wife had already fallen in love with the Tahoe area and decided to stay-that was almost two decades ago.
Clients appreciate Phil's open and communicative style and his ability to get things done. He strives to adapt to each client's business style, while still maintaining a light-hearted approach that also instills confidence. He is persistent, thorough and very knowledgeable about all areas of his market, including the Tahoe Basin, Incline Village, Reno, Truckee and everywhere in between. His fifteen plus years of experience in real estate is invaluable to his clients. He has extensive experience with short sales, distressed sales and investment properties, as well as broad local knowledge, insight and marketing savvy, all coupled with a sense of humor. His goal is to make his clients' real estate experience interesting, stress-free and enjoyable.
Phil and his wife also own several investment properties in the area, as well as vacation retreats in San Diego and San Francisco. He firmly believes that a Realtor® needs to live what they sell. He has an in-depth understanding of what people are looking for in a second home or resort property because he is living it!
An avid outdoors enthusiast, Phil enjoys all that northern Nevada has to offer, including skiing in winter, boating in summer, and mountain biking, golfing and hiking whenever he can. He and his wife have two children, a boy and a girl, and Phil has enjoyed managing his son's Little League team-the Washoe Little League Phillies (of course!) They currently live in one of the area's premier golf course communities and truly appreciate every day they get to live the mountain lifestyle.
