If we aren't currently working together, I would like to use this space to share more about myself and the manner in which I work - for each of my clients.

As a person, I am outgoing, appreciate a sense of humor and pride myself on my ability to be attentive to both people and details. As a real estate professional, I can confidently say I am very good at what I do and I strive to make each client's real estate transaction - stress free, structured in competency and overall a really pleasant experience. 

I visited Lake Tahoe for the first time - 27 years ago.  I was mesmerized by its' beauty and unending recreational possibilities.  To my surprise…I never did make that return flight back home.  

I have now been a successful Nevada realtor - specializing in Lake Tahoe-  for over 25 years. I attribute this continued success to my own "inner drive."  It is that drive that pushes me to meet my client's needs - whatever the market conditions.

In my experience, strong business relationships are built upon:  listening to and hearing what - the client is saying, strategically and diligently working to meet their needs, timely and purposeful communication and access to resources that will assist in meeting their desired outcome.  These are basic fundamentals - I provide to each client. 

In the end, we both want the same things...a successful real estate transaction and a longstanding business relationship.
