Charity has been a licensed Realtor in Northern Nevada for over 13 years. Throughout her real estate career, Charity has seen the highs and lows in the real estate market which has given her broad spectrum on the global side of real estate, allowing her to give people an experienced, educated perspective of the state of our real estate market and what’s in store for the future.
Charity Hart has resided in Northern Nevada since 1993 and believes Northern Nevada is home and where her “Hart” is. Charity has raised four children here with her husband, Edward Hart, who is a local business owner of Hart Plumbing Services, Inc.
Charity prides herself in using what has been a successful business model which focuses primarily on business by referral. The majority of Charity’s business comes from the referrals of past clients, friends or family who have had a positive home buying and/or selling experience while working with her. In addition to helping people sell and buy homes, Charity serves her clients through her client appreciation program, and is also active in the community. Many real estate agents spend a lot of their time looking for new business leads. Since Charity’s referral base sends her their friends, family, neighbors and associates looking to buy or sell, it saves her an enormous amount of time and energy, allowing her more time to invest in her clients. It is through her referral base that Charity can focus on helping her clients and giving back to the community.
