I am originally from Massachusetts and moved to Tahoe in 1981. Over the past 30 years, I have been involved in the Real Estate business buying and selling residential & commercial property. I am also a general contractor with indept knowledge of construction, property management, TRPA, VHR & building permitting processes. Over the years, I have created a large client base and have been a top producer for Coldwell Banker McKinney since the beginning of my real estate career.

My daugter , Jordyn Dobson joined the Coldwell Banker family this year, following in her fathers' career path. Jordyn has completed Coldwell Banker training (including a new 2017 Smart Home Certification) and assisted in many real estate transactions with her father.
