Kate was born in Machias, Maine and raised in West Virginia. She received her B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from West Virginia University and originally earned her real estate license in 2000. Kate is active in the community and loves living the Lake Tahoe life so it is easy for her to sell the lifestyle to homebuyers so they can enjoy this amazing location as well. Siberian Husky, and skiing with her husband and their two sons.

Her most recent awards include the Sales Achievement Award in 2017, 2016 and 2015, Gold Award in 2014 and 2013, Silver Award in 2012, the Masters Award in 2010 and 2011, and the President's Award in 2009. She also won the Top Producer Award from her company for the Tahoe-Truckee Region.
