Claudia's expertise in the luxury real estate market is derived from a unique set of business experiences. She and her husband owned an international corporation where she worked on the company's facility sites, designs and furnishing, and traveled extensively, building longstanding relationships with leaders in the business, legal, tax, financial, political and educational communities in Nevada, California, New York and abroad. Claudia has owned several interior designs, consulting and staging businesses has been a partner in the exclusive residential development and has designed, built and sold luxury-custom homes in Lake Tahoe as well as private golf and country club communities.
As a 34-year resident of Nevada and Glenbrook resident for 24 years, Claudia has a solid understanding of the real estate markets in Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas. She has strong, longstanding relationships with leaders in the business, legal, tax, financial, political and educational communities statewide. She understands the estate and tax advantages of Nevada residency and is able to provide her clients with referrals to trusted professionals with expertise as to the requirements. Claudia represents and has sold many of the highest priced and most luxurious properties in Lake Tahoe. She fully embraces the unique needs of her clients and the Tahoe Lifestyle.
Originally from the East Coast, Claudia earned an undergraduate degree in science and went on to study design at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Like so many, she came to the Tahoe area, fell in love with the mountains, the lake, and the lifestyle and stayed to raise a family and launch her career.
